I use AI tools including Claude Code, MCP integrations with Figma, Claude, Gemini, GEMs and ChatGPT.

I use AI to synthesise user
interview transcripts, identify pattern clusters and generate hypotheses I can then validate with real users.
In conversation design
When designing AI agents and conversational interfaces, AI simulate the behaviour of models, stress-test user flows, generate adversarial inputs, and identify edge cases before usability testing.
In exploration
Generative AI tools let me explore 10x more visual directions before committing to Figma — reducing the costs and increasing the quality of outputs.
In documentation
It helps me produce design rationale, component documentation, and handoff notes more efficiently, freeing up time for the strategic thinking and judgement that only humans can provide.
The result is that I deliver higher-quality work more efficiently, with more rigorous edge-case coverage than I could achieve without AI assistance.
