Project brief
The Financial Insights Dashboard serves as a crucial tool for users to monitor and manage their financial assets within the industry. My objective was to develop a dashboard that not only meets functional requirements but also captivates users with its usability and aesthetics, while emphasising the delivery of valuable data through focused visualisation.
New interactions
Integrating new interactions into the UX journey with Apple Vision Pro gestures can be inherently complex due to several factors. Apple's existing gesture system is well-established and deeply ingrained in users' muscle memory. Introducing new interactions must seamlessly complement these existing gestures to avoid confusion and frustration.
Leveraging Apple Design System
This system, designed with detailed guidelines and pre-defined elements, aids in creating seamless and intuitive user interfaces that align with Apple's aesthetic and functional standards. By adopting these principles, I can ensure that our applications are accessible, aesthetically pleasing, and provide a cohesive user experience across all Apple devices. The new assets reflect that philosophy.
Data focused Pattern Library
This initiative involved curating a comprehensive suite of reusable data visualisation patterns and predictive models that significantly accelerated project delivery times and boosted data accuracy. My hands-on approach in the deployment of this library across various financial projects enabled seamless integration with existing systems.
Flatten hierarchy
